Seitan with pepper sauce and Portobello mushrooms

Today We bring you a recipe of a delicious dish that had not prepared for a long time and surprised us.

Ingredients: (2-3 Rations)

  • 300 Grams of Seitan of Spelt
  • Oil and Salt
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Small Tomato
  • 1 Handful of 3-color pepper grains
  • 1 Tray of Portobello mushrooms
  • 400 milliliters of Vegetable Cream
  • 1 Splash of Cognac
  • 100 Grams of cooked pasta (Per serving)

Preparation:
  1. We Passed the seitan fillets through the frying pan and booked.
  2. Fry the onion, the tomato, the pepper, the mushrooms, we pour the salt and then the cognac.
  3. We Hope that the cognac will evaporate and add the cream and Seitan.
  4. Let Simmer 2-3 minutes and set aside
